Learning As Marketing Content

Learning assets make great content.

Here’s an example from Woodland Paper, where a popular course on the subject paper that was converted to ELearning so it could be used as gated content. Gated content is material that requires a site visitor to leave a name and email in order to consume the material. Gating content is an effective way to build list registration. The audience for this course is graphic arts professionals, graphic artists, printing company employees, students, and others who may eventually be specifying paper purchases!
